You can process your order on-line and collect in person from:

Collection can be made any time during the following hours:
TUE–FRI: 10.00 – 18.00
SAT: 10.00 – 16.00
Any orders made after 4 pm Saturday will be processed when we re-open Tuesday at 9 am.
Secure payments are processed on-line by Paypal (No Account Registration Necessary), alternatively you can choose to pay by cash or debit card in the salon on collection of your order. Please print your invoice or make a note of your order reference number provided in your confirmation email as it will be required on collection of your order.
Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For
For some small items we use Royal Mail 1st class Signed For.
This service usually takes between 1 – 3 days and requires a signature at the time of delivery. If you are not in to sign for your delivery, a card will be left with details of where to collect your order, in most cases this will be your local Royal Mail Depot. Unfortunately, we cannot accept special instructions for Royal Mail deliveries.
myHermes Courier Delivery
For all other items, we use myHermes courier delivery. Delivery is between 3-5 days, often sooner and a parcel tracking number will be supplied to you on confirmation of your item’s dispatch. Full details can be found at their website https://www.myhermes.co.uk/
If you have any special requests or additional information we may need for delivery please add them in the ‘comments’ section during checkout or call us on 01253 399995 during office hours and we will be happy to help.
Important Delivery Information
For peace of mind and to help us offer you the best service possible, all deliveries require a signature on receipt of your item(s).
Unfortunately we are unable to offer the next working day service to the following areas of the UK:
Islands of Scotland
Isle of Man
Isle of Scilly and Channel Islands.
For these areas we use Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Signed For (see above) but delivery may take up to 5 days.
Riah Hair Shop hope that you are pleased with your purchase however we realise that sometimes you may need to return an item for an exchange or refund. We are happy to offer a 14 day refund policy on all items purchased within the UK, where you will be given a full refund to the value of the goods. Please read the information below carefully.
In the event of your receiving a product that is deemed faulty, please contact us at your early convenience by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01253 399995 and we will advise you on what action to take. Please be aware that some manufacturers like Cloud Nine or GHD may require the faulty item to be returned directly to them for replacement (see below).
If it is the case that your goods are being returned due to being faulty, Riah Hair Shop will fulfil the cost for replacement product postage. If it occurs that we find the products are not faulty, but have still been returned to us we reserve the right to charge for postage.

If you wish to return a product, please email email@example.com detailing the product(s) you wish to return and your reasons why.
Alternatively, you can call us on 01253 399995 to arrange returning your goods, please make sure that you have your order number handy as it will be required to locate the details of your order.
Returned goods must be in the condition they were sent/received and we request that on returning items please pack the goods with care. If you fail to pack the parcel well and the goods arrive back to us damaged due to the return trip we may be unable to process your return. You should also make sure you ask for a proof of posting receipt if using this method. This is free with Royal Mail.
We will aim to process your return within 2 working days of its return to us. Please note that, if a refund is required, it will be processed and you will be advised accordingly. Whilst most refunds are processed within 7 days, some banks may delay the process longer and it can take up to 28 days to re-appear in your account. Please read our Terms & Conditions for any further information.
Cancellation Rights, Returns and Refunds
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you the customer have the right to cancel your order. This must be done by you notifying us in writing, either by email or letter, you have 7 working days from the day after you received your order to do so.
All cancellations must be done in writing, cancellations by telephone will not be accepted.
Once the product has been used, unless deemed faulty, you are no longer entitled to return the item under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Please also note, unless faulty, returned goods must have original wrapping/packaging in tact.
When returning goods to us, please follow the following steps:
· Please include a copy of your original purchase confirmation.
· If a product is deemed faulty, please clearly detail the problem.
· Where possible, please ensure any returned product is in its original packaging with manuals, warranties, and any additional extras included. Failure to do so may result in our refusal to refund your purchase.
· If you no longer have the packaging to a faulty product, please make sure that the product is packed properly when being returned to us.
· It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any postage when returning any products to us. For peace of mind and to help track returns, we recommend that you return the item by registered post.
· Whilst every safeguard is assured, any items lost or stolen during return to us may also result in our refusal to refund your purchase and you must seek compensation from your chosen return postal service.
